By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
By texting a business using BookIfy or submitting a request through a form connected to BookIfy, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, including replies, clarifying questions, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.
While BookIfy is designed to provide helpful and accurate responses, it is an automated system and may occasionally make mistakes. BookIfy does not provide binding price quotes — final pricing and scheduling are confirmed by the business directly. If a request is unclear, urgent, or outside what the system can confidently handle, it will be routed to a real person at the business.
BookIfy and the business using it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this messaging service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
